After having braces as a teenager, Nkechi noticed her teeth had gradually shifted, leaving a gap between her front teeth.
While working as our Patient Care Coordinator at Edge Dental Designs, she decided to address the gap with Invisalign treatment by Dr. Patel.
She completed her smile transformation before leaving in August 2026 to begin dental school at the University of Detroit Mercy.
Now, as she pursues her dream of becoming a dentist, she carries her own Invisalign experience into this exciting new chapter.
During our Invisalign Day in November 2025, this patient took a step toward a straighter smile while our Edge Dental Designs community came together for a special cause.
Alongside the event, we hosted a community food drive, with patients generously donating canned goods to give back to those in need.
Since starting Invisalign with Dr. Patel, he has already seen a noticeable improvement in the alignment of his upper teeth. His treatment is still underway, but his progress is already something worth smiling about.

Her previous bonding on front tooth #8 had broken, so Dr. Patel and the Edge Dental Designs team came to the rescue. We rebuilt the tooth with careful attention to its natural shape, shade, and texture, just in time for the wedding photos.
The existing bonding on #9 was left untouched at the patient’s request, which makes the difference between the two teeth especially noticeable.
