After building a successful career in marketing and community-building, she followed a calling into dentistry where she could make a tangible difference in people’s lives. As a Dental Assistant, Erika is known for her calm chairside presence, attention to detail, and genuine ability to connect with patients of all ages. Having experienced dental anxiety herself, she is especially passionate about helping patients feel safe, informed, and truly cared for from the moment they walk in. Whether she is assisting during restorative procedures, capturing digital scans, or guiding someone through post-operative instructions, Erika shows up with enthusiasm, compassion, and a commitment to excellence. She believes dentistry is about more than teeth. It is about trust, confidence, and creating an experience that makes people excited to come back. Outside of the office, Erika loves spending time with her husband, Paul, and their mini Schnauzer, Marshall. They stay active together and share a passion for drum and bass music, bringing that same vibrant energy into everything they do.
